What happens to your data.
Where your data lives
On Team and Enterprise, in your own cloud or on your own servers as standard, in a private database for your organization only. If you'd rather we host it, we can run it in a dedicated environment for you, at extra cost. On Starter, we host it in our cloud as standard, or it can run in your own cloud on request.
How Chaidojo reads it
Through a controlled connection, without taking a bulk copy. Connections to Google Drive, OneDrive and your other systems only read: Chaidojo never changes anything in them.
No training on your data
Chaidojo never trains AI models on your data. The AI runs through the provider you choose, or on Starter, the provider behind our standard AI model, under that provider's business terms.
Who sees what
Each client's work stays in its own space, and you decide who can run each AI workflow and who signs off its work.

For any piece of work, you can see who ran it, which files and AI models it used, what it cost, and who signed it off.
For larger organizations
Enterprise adds single sign-on with your company login, advanced access controls, a security review, and a deployment set up for your organization.
