The reports you rebuild every week, without the days of manual work. The same standard, whoever does it.
Build the AI workflow in Claude, or we set it up from your past work. Then the whole team runs it in one shared workspace, reviews and signs off the work, with every source on record.

SIGNED OFFWhat the analysis says
Illustrative. Four kinds of team, one way of working.
Report drafting time at a geotechnical client, once the field and lab data is in. Their engineer still checks and signs every report.
We start from the files your team already uses: spreadsheets, field sheets, exports, last year's report. As they are.
From getting your files to your first report running on Chaidojo. Start with one report type; nothing else has to change.
The data's in. The report is still days away.
Most of those days go on copying, checking and reformatting, not on judgment. And how your team does the work lives in a few people's heads, so everything waits for them.
From your files to a signed-off report, without the days in between.
Your team keeps the judgment. Chaidojo takes the copying, checking and formatting.
Share a few past reports
We learn how your team writes them, from the reports, templates and your reviewers' comments.
Drop in this week's files, as they are
It pulls the data together, checks it and drafts in your template.
Your reviewer checks and signs
Every source is marked, so they check it instead of rewriting it.
When someone asks how a report was made, the answer's already there.
Every report keeps its own record, and everything your team has written becomes something you can ask.
A client questions a figure? Show them the page it came from.
Every report keeps a record of the files it read, the steps it took and who signed it off. A new hire's report follows the same steps as your best person's, and nothing goes out until a named person approves it.
- Every figure linked to its source
- Signed off by a named person on your team
- Shows what each report cost

Everything your team has written, one question away.
The answer is usually in a report you've already written. Ask, and every answer shows the page it came from: what you found on a job nearby, what you advised before, how your team does something.
- Your own work, not the internet
- Each client's files stay in their own space
Ask your past work
- What did we find on jobs near Site 4?
- What did we recommend on similar work?
- How does our team run this test?
- What did we send this client in 2021?
Illustrative numbers.
Every piece of work your team owes, in one place.
Doing the work is half the job. Managing it is the other half: what's done, what's in progress and what's waiting for you, for every process and every person.
Your team this week
EVERY PROCESS, ONE VIEW| WORK | STATUS DETAIL | STATUS |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly sales report | All channels reconciled, cited | DONE |
| Site investigation report, Job 214 | 6 values to check | NEEDS YOU |
| Monitoring report, Site 4 | Drafting from this season's field data | IN PROGRESS |
| Client presentation, Project Beacon | Draft ready for review | NEEDS YOU |
Illustrative view. Your team decides what runs.
Each client's work stays in its own space.
Right now, client files go into whichever AI account each person uses, and nobody can see what settings they chose. If a client asks who used AI on their data, you'd struggle to answer.
A space for each client or project
Your team sees only the files and work for the clients they're on. The team on one client can't see another's.
A client asks who used AI on their data
Show them who, when, and on which files.
Someone changes team or leaves
Change their access in one place. Their work stays with the team, not in their own account.
Built for service teams that do the same kind of work again and again.
Teams of 20 to 200 people, in-house or delivering work to clients. The pages below show the reports for three of them.
Client delivery teams
In-house teams
Also inside a company: marketing, finance, operations, legal and HR teams that run the same processes every week.
A different kind of team? If your team produces the same kind of work every week, bring one example.
Already building with AI? Keep going.
AI pays off when the whole team works from it, not when it sits in one person's account.
| OPTION | WHERE IT RUNS | WHAT YOU GET |
|---|---|---|
| Build and run it in Claude | In each user's Claude account, on Anthropic's cloud. Everyone who uses it needs a Claude seat. | Works for the person who built it. Claude models only, with no sign-off step. |
| Build in Claude, run it on Chaidojo | In a shared workspace for your team, on your own cloud or servers, or ours. | Everyone gets the same result, checked and signed off. And the AI stops re-reading the same files for every question. |
| Build and run it on Chaidojo | The same shared workspace, where you build it too, yourself or with our help. | All of that, in one place from day one. One report type, live in twenty days. |
You get the founders.
We have run this kind of work, and we will tell you plainly when Chaidojo is not the answer.

One fee for the team, not a fee per person.
Most AI tools charge per person. Your team is judged on the work it delivers, not its headcount.

What this work costs you now
Chaidojo: $499 a month for up to 5 users, with $50 of AI usage included, or $2,999 a month for up to 200 users, plus AI usage at the provider's own prices.
Your team still reviews and signs off every piece. Chaidojo takes the copying, checking and formatting out of those hours.
Common questions.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude at $20 a person?
Those tools make each person faster at writing. Chaidojo runs the whole process, from your files to a draft in your format, so the days spent pulling the data together and fixing it go, and the result is the same whoever does it. They charge per person, but your team is judged on the work it delivers. And $20 isn't what you'll end up paying: people who do real work through AI need the $100-a-month plan, so sixty people cost $6,000 a month, and that rises with every hire. If faster writing is all you need, buy individual licenses instead. We mean it.
Do we have to stop using our AI tools?
No. Keep ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude for individual work, and keep building in Claude if your team does. Chaidojo is where the whole team runs the work.
Does everyone need their own AI account?
No. Everyone works on Chaidojo, on one fee for the team, not a fee per person. Only people who build in Claude need a Claude account.
We use ChatGPT or Copilot, not Claude. Is Chaidojo for us?
Yes. Build your AI workflows on Chaidojo itself, or we set them up with you from your past work. If someone has already built something in another AI tool, bring it along and we'll set it up on Chaidojo with you.
What if we don't want to build anything?
Then we set it up for you from your past work. Setup is included.
Our data isn't clean enough for AI yet.
It doesn't need to be. Chaidojo works report by report, from the files you already use, as they are.
How long before it's doing real work?
One report type, live in twenty days, measured from when we get access to your data.
More questions
Every piece of work we do is different. You can't turn it into a process.
The details change. The way you do the work rarely does. Try it free on a past job and we'll show you, rather than argue about it.
What's the difference between a Claude skill and a Chaidojo AI workflow?
A skill is a set of instructions. An AI workflow is instructions plus tools and checks, packaged so it runs the same way every time.
How does it handle big jobs, like a whole project folder?
Each step searches your files for what it needs instead of reading everything at once, long jobs are split into stages, and calculations can run as code. So a job isn't limited to what fits in one chat.
We've already rolled out AI. Everyone has a license.
Counting licenses tells you what you bought. It doesn't tell you whether any work is done differently, and almost no team can show that it is. Chaidojo changes how the work gets done, not how many people can log in to an AI tool.
Does Chaidojo produce finished, client-ready work?
A person on your team does, and that won't change. Work that goes out carries your name, so someone accountable signs it. What changes is what they're signing: a draft built the way your team builds them, ready for review and sign-off, with a record of every step and source behind it. The drafts will keep getting better. The signature stays.
Can you make our people follow the method?
It doesn't stop anyone working their own way. It shows how each piece of work was built, every step it took and every source it used, so you know when the method wasn't followed.
Do you take a margin on AI usage?
No. On Team and Enterprise, buy AI credits from us and you pay the AI provider's own prices, with no markup. Or use your own account with the provider and pay them directly. Starter includes $50 of AI usage a month in its price.
Where does our data live?
On Team and Enterprise, in your own cloud or on your own servers, as standard, in a private database for your organization only. Chaidojo reads it through a controlled connection and never takes a bulk copy. If you'd rather we host it, we can run it in a dedicated environment for you, at extra cost. On Starter, we host it for you in our cloud as standard, or it can run in your own cloud on request.
Is our data used to train AI models?
Not by Chaidojo: we never train AI models on your data. The AI runs through the provider you choose, or on Starter, the provider behind our standard AI model, under that provider's business terms. On Amazon Bedrock, for example, your prompts aren't shared with the companies that make the models or used to improve them.
Which AI models can we use?
On Team and Enterprise, Chaidojo picks the best model for each step of the job and switches between them as it works. You can also choose your own, or bring your own provider key. New models slot in without a rebuild. On Starter, everything runs on our standard AI model.
Do you build custom AI workflows?
Yes. Every AI workflow is built for your team and the work it delivers. If you don't see yours, we build it with you.
Is every run tracked?
Yes. For any report, you can see who ran it, which files and AI models it used, what it cost, and who signed it off.
How is it priced?
Starter is $499 a month for up to 5 users and 2 simple AI workflows, with $50 of AI usage included. It's billed every three months and you can cancel anytime. Team is $2,999 a month for up to 200 users and unlimited AI workflows, plus AI usage at the provider's own prices, on a yearly subscription billed every three months. For more than 200 users, ask about Enterprise terms.
What counts as a simple AI workflow on Starter?
One that does a single job: it reads the files you upload or keep in a Google Drive or OneDrive folder, works through up to five steps, and produces one document in one template, on our standard AI model. If an AI workflow needs to pull from your other systems, needs a more capable AI model, or produces several documents in one run, it needs the Team plan.
What happens when Starter's AI usage runs out?
We let you know when you've used 80% of the month's $50. If you reach it, the AI features pause until your next month starts. Everything else, including your work and its records, stays available.
