How is it priced?
Starter is $499 a month for up to 5 users and 2 simple AI workflows, with $50 of AI usage included. It's billed every three months and you can cancel anytime. Team is $2,999 a month for up to 200 users and unlimited AI workflows, plus AI usage at the provider's own prices, on a yearly subscription billed every three months. For more than 200 users, ask about Enterprise terms.
What counts as a simple AI workflow on Starter?
One that does a single job: it reads the files you upload or keep in a Google Drive or OneDrive folder, works through up to five steps, and produces one document in one template, on our standard AI model. If an AI workflow needs to pull from your other systems, needs a more capable AI model, or produces several documents in one run, it needs the Team plan.
Do you take a margin on AI usage?
No. On Team and Enterprise, buy AI credits from us and you pay the AI provider's own prices, with no markup. Or use your own account with the provider and pay them directly. Starter includes $50 of AI usage a month in its price.
What happens when Starter's AI usage runs out?
We let you know when you've used 80% of the month's $50. If you reach it, the AI features pause until your next month starts. Everything else, including your work and its records, stays available.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude at $20 a person?
Those tools make each person faster at writing. Chaidojo runs the whole process, from your files to a draft in your format, so the days spent pulling the data together and fixing it go, and the result is the same whoever does it. They charge per person, but your team is judged on the work it delivers. If faster writing is all you need, buy individual licenses instead.
Where does our data live?
On Team and Enterprise, in your own cloud or on your own servers, as standard, in a private database for your organization only. If you'd rather we host it, we can run it in a dedicated environment for you, at extra cost. On Starter, we host it for you in our cloud as standard, or it can run in your own cloud on request.
