No data clean-up first: what that means in practice

You don't need clean data across the firm to start. Chaidojo works one process at a time, from the files your team already uses, as they are.

Loose files on the left, one finished draft on the right

"Our data isn't clean enough for AI" is a common worry. It isn't a reason to wait.

Start from the files you already use

Chaidojo works one process at a time, from the files and systems your team already uses: spreadsheets, field sheets, exports, last year's report. As they are. You don't need to clean up your data or move everything into one system first.

What that looks like depends on the work:

  • Engineering and environmental reports. Field sheets, lab results, photos and past reports, handwritten logs included. Every value is read twice, and anywhere the two reads disagree is flagged for your engineer to check against the original sheet. See how it works for consultancies.
  • Weekly sales reports. Marketplace, store, ad and analytics data, from the reports your team already downloads each week, switching to a direct connection once access is approved. The weekly report doesn't wait for it. See how it works for ecommerce teams.
  • Client readouts. Interviews, client data, benchmarks and your past decks, with client names removed if you prefer. See how it works for consulting firms.

Flag it, don't hide it

Messy data still needs a person's judgment. Where sources disagree, the difference is flagged rather than hidden, and the person who signs the work decides what's right. Every edit is recorded with its reason.

What we need from you

Not much, and we do the heavy lifting:

  1. Your template and a selection of recent examples of the work you want to start with.
  2. The files behind those examples.
  3. Some time with the person who reviews the work today, so we capture how they review it.

Your first AI workflow is doing real work within 20 days of us getting access to your data. We do the setup, and it's included in the fee.
