The drafting got faster. The review did not.
Your expertise does not accumulate. The firm has better people, better tools and more work than it did three years ago, and none of it compounds, because the method that produces good work lives in individuals and is re-derived every engagement.
Chaidojo makes that method the default path the work takes, over your own data, so the same engagement run by two people produces the same standard.
If your work is a fit, we build a first version of one of your deliverables within 72 hours of receiving your material.

Everyone bought the licenses. Almost nobody changed how the work gets made.
You are not behind. Almost every firm like yours has bought AI and almost none has changed how work is produced. What changed is your job: everyone is producing more, in more places, and keeping track of what is being made and whether it meets the bar has become work in itself. The drafting got faster. The review did not, because the standard being applied is in the reviewer's head rather than in the process. Every hire adds production capacity and adds review load in the same moment.
Your firm runs on an unwritten rulebook. It gets written every week in review comments and deleted every week too. Thirty years of it, and you cannot reach a line of it.
Quality is currently a property of people, which means it leaves at six o'clock. When someone senior resigns you lose capability, not just capacity.
Production compressed. Review did not move.
Your method becomes the default path the work takes, over your own data.
- Step 01
Built from your own material
A knowledge base made from your engagements, templates and review comments: enriched and queryable, not a search index over a folder. That is why the output does not sound like everybody else's.
- Step 02
Run the way your best reviewer would run it
Agents plan and choose skills for each job rather than replaying a script, so the engagement type you run forty times a year is run to the same standard the forty-first time.
- Step 03
Arrives at 80%, with the record attached
A Word, Excel or PowerPoint deliverable, ready for a person to review and sign off. Open it and see what ran, in what order, on what.
The signature stays. What disappears is the rewrite before it.
Same engagement, two people, same standard. That is the whole product.
Not a lock. A record. No firm enforces its method on a senior partner, and none would want to. What you lack is knowing when it was not followed.
Managing the work stops being triage. You are looking at deliverables built the same way, each with its record, rather than a scattering of separate efforts to inspect one at a time.
- Deployed on your infrastructure
- Model-agnostic
- The captured method belongs to you
Week one to the firm's standard, not year three.
If individual speed is your only problem, go and buy seats.
Three things you could buy solve three different problems. Only one of them addresses consistency.
Seats and assistants

Everyone has the same engine.
Seats make your people faster. Your bottleneck is not your people.
Under twenty people, buy seats. We mean it.
Almost no firm can tell you what one deliverable costs to produce.
Chaidojo prices credits at AWS list with no markup, so there is no spread to argue about. What you get is the part a seat bill cannot give you: what each deliverable cost, which model ran it, and a figure that falls as your knowledge base and captured method carry from one engagement to the next. A seat bill prices your people. It does not price the work.
For firms whose product is the document.
Advisory, consulting, boutique M&A, research and professional services firms of 20 to 200 people. If what you sell is an analytical deliverable a client pays for, this is built for you.
One platform fee.
A seat prices a person. You don't sell seats, you sell deliverables. One fee for the firm, and it does not move when you hire.

$150 a head at twenty people. $50 at sixty. $15 at two hundred. Seats scale with headcount. The problem does not.
Under twenty people, buy seats. We mean it.
One fee, and three things you are not billed for: seats, a markup on AI credits, and setup. Credits are at AWS list. Run your own AWS account and pay AWS directly if you would rather not take our word for it. Deploy on your own infrastructure.
Common questions.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude at $20 a seat?
Three things. Those products make individuals faster; this removes the dependence on which individual picked up the job. A seat prices a person, and you don't sell seats, you sell deliverables. And $20 is not the seat your firm ends up on: if your people are doing the work through AI rather than tidying drafts, they are on the $200 tier, so sixty people is $12,000 a month and it rises with every hire. Under twenty people, buy seats anyway. We mean it.
We've already rolled out AI. Everyone has a license.
Licenses bought is a purchasing number. Deliverables produced differently is an operating one. Almost no firm can report the second. Chaidojo changes how the work is produced, not how many people have access to a model.
Every engagement of ours is bespoke. You can't systematize what we do.
The inputs vary. The method rarely does. After a call, if it is a fit, we build a first version on your own material within 72 hours. We would rather show it than argue it.
Can you make our people follow the method?
Not a lock. A record. No firm enforces its method on a senior partner, and none would want to. What you get is a finished deliverable you can open to see what ran, in what order, on what, so you know when the method was not followed.
Does Chaidojo produce finished, client-ready work?
A person in your firm does, and that does not change as the models improve. Work that goes to a client carries your name, so someone answerable signs it. What Chaidojo changes is what they are signing: not a draft somebody produced overnight, but a deliverable built the way your firm builds them, with a record of what ran, in what order, on what. In practice the work arrives at roughly 80% and your team takes it the rest of the way. The 80% will move over time. The signature will not.
How fast can we start?
One workflow live in thirty days, measured from data access, producing real deliverables. Not a six-month program you end up running. The first workflow is the one you run most often, not the one that demos best. The second is cheaper to stand up than the first, because the knowledge base and the captured method carry over. We do the setup, and it is included in the fee. There is no implementation invoice at the end of it.
Do you take a margin on AI usage?
No. Credits are priced at AWS list with no markup. If you would rather not take our word for it, run your own AWS account and pay AWS directly.
Where does my data live?
In a sealed data platform for your firm alone, which you control. The agent queries it through a governed interface and never receives a bulk copy or export of your data. You can run the whole platform in your own cloud.
Can I run it in my own cloud?
Yes. Chaidojo self-hosts in your own environment, with your data platform kept separate and sealed. Credits are priced at AWS list with no markup, and you can run your own AWS account and pay AWS directly.
Is my data used to train models?
No. It stays in your sealed data platform and is only queried for your own runs. It is never pooled or used to train a model.
Which AI models can I use?
Bring your own model-provider key. Swapping models is a config change, so you can move to newer models without a rebuild.
Do you build custom workflows?
Yes. A workflow is purpose-built per firm and deliverable. If you don't see the one you need, we build it with you.
Is every run governed?
Yes. Model choice, access, usage and cost sit under one control plane, and every model call is logged with tokens, cost and latency plus a full audit trail.
How is it priced?
$2,999 per month for up to 200 users, on an annual subscription billed quarterly. Past 200, talk to us about enterprise terms.
Efficiency you can recover. A year of captured method you cannot.
Start now and you have twelve months of method by this time next year. Wait, and you cannot buy the missing year.
If your work is a fit, we build a first version of one of your deliverables within 72 hours of receiving your material.
